Refund policy

We do not accept returns. We will happily send additional photos and answer any questions that you may have regarding an item prior to purchase. All of our jewelry is artisan crafted and one-of-a-kind, which is what makes each piece uniquely beautiful. Any signs of age or wear will be noted on the product page of vintage pieces.

We carefully inspect and package each item so that it arrives safely to its destination. In the event that the contents of a package are damaged in transit, we offer exchange or repair (buyer pays return shipping). Please notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receipt and include photos of both the damaged package and item.
